Here is the recipe for the Chicken Salad Croissants that were served at our March 17th meeting!
Chicken Salad Croissants
4 cups cubed chicken
4 celery stalks, chopped
2-3 cups red grapes, whole or halved
3 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tsp. dry dill weed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Fills 10-12 croissants.
