Meeting Reminder

A reminder about our meeting this month:


Our February Relief Society Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 17 at 7pm in the Relief Society Room.   As always, you are welcome to invite your friends and neighbours.

Doctor Greg Smith will be speaking to us about mental health. Metal health means striking a balance in all aspects of ones life: social, physical, spiritual, economic and mental. Depression is one very real problem he will be talking to us about. It is all around us. You may struggle with depression, or it may affect someone you know, perhaps a family member or a friend. Please come and learn something you may not have known before and come to find your own personal balance to stay mentally healthy.

President's Ball

All adults are invited to dance to the music of a live big band on Friday, February 11 from 7:00-11:00pm at the Lethbridge West Stake Center.  Dress is formal.  Heritage Ward members, please bring a plate of cheese & crackers to share!  Thank you!
