2 Hour Buns from Super Saturday

Makes 3 dozen buns

4 cups flour
2 Tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. salt
8 Tbsp. sugar

Mix these all together in a big bowl, then add wet ingredients:

6 Tbsp. oil
3 cups really warm water
2 eggs

Mix together really well and then add more flour (approx. 3-4 cups)

Add flour until the dough is no longer wet and sticky and you can knead it without it sticking to your hands really bad.

Knead the dough for about 5 mins. or until you make it nice and round. Let it rise in a floured bowl for 15 mins. Punch down the dough and let rise again for 15 mins.

Make into buns and let rise for about 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins
